How we review
We check submitted evidence against the source hierarchy described in our methodology. A commercial relationship, payment, threat, or advertising request does not determine the outcome. Material published corrections receive an editor’s note or an updated verification date as appropriate.
Scope
This mailbox is for factual corrections, not urgent medical questions, customer support for a listed provider, or requests to change treatment. Contact the relevant provider or a licensed clinician for care questions, and use local emergency services for an emergency.
