You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. The service organizes editorial information for readers comparing routes in the United States, Mexico, and Spain. A market page does not establish that a provider can legally or clinically serve a particular reader.
Editorial service, not health care
GLP.directory publishes general educational reporting, provider profiles, comparisons, and commercial research. It does not diagnose, prescribe, dispense medication, establish a clinician-patient relationship, verify that any treatment is appropriate for you, or replace advice from a licensed professional who knows your history. No guarantee of access, terms, or outcomes
Provider coverage, state availability, eligibility, inventory, medication route, price, insurance coverage, discounts, cancellation terms, and clinical decisions can change and may differ by person. A source-check date records when we reviewed public material; it does not guarantee that information remains current. Awards, rankings, matcher results, and profiles are editorial tools, not accreditation, endorsement, or a promise of medical, financial, or service outcomes.
Third-party services
Providers, clinicians, pharmacies, laboratories, manufacturers, insurers, payment processors, and other linked services are independent third parties. Their terms and privacy practices control your relationship with them. GLP.directory is not a party to a consultation, prescription, purchase, shipment, or care decision merely because you followed a link from this site.

Some links may generate compensation. Those links are disclosed as described in our Affiliate Disclosure. Compensation does not guarantee placement or a favorable editorial conclusion.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful, personal information gathering. You may not interfere with the service, bypass security or rate limits, scrape it in a manner that unreasonably burdens the service, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, misuse contact channels to submit sensitive medical data, or use the content to mislead others about a provider or GLP.directory.
Content and intellectual property
The site’s original writing, design, data organization, marks, and software are owned by or licensed to the operator and protected by applicable law. You may quote and link to reasonable portions with clear attribution for commentary or other lawful fair use. You may not republish the database or substantial portions of the site as a competing product without written permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

Documented corrections are welcome at corrections@glp.directory. If you submit feedback, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it to improve the service, without an obligation to compensate you.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available.” The operator disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from reliance on site content or dealings with third parties. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability for claims relating to the free site will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid directly to the operator for the relevant service during the 12 months before the claim.
