GLP.directory exists to answer a narrower question than “Which brand is best?” We ask: Which access route appears to fit the reader’s stated constraints, and what must they verify before acting?
What the matcher scores
The matcher uses only four declared preferences: starting versus switching or lowering cost; cash versus insurance; brand-name versus compounded route; and clinical, coaching, or logistics support. A matching field adds points. It does not predict eligibility, clinical suitability, coverage, or outcomes.
What the matcher never scores
Affiliate payout, sponsorship, relationship status, sales conversion, and provider pressure are not inputs. A commercial partner can rank below a non-partner. The order is a shortlist, not an endorsement.
How the 2026 Access Awards work
Each award compares one documented access or program-structure question across a defined cohort. Its evidence page names the recipient, selection rule, public evidence, material limitation, shortlist, cohort size, and verification date. Awards do not measure clinical outcomes and are not medical accreditation.
Affiliate status, payout, sponsorship, backlinks, outreach response, and conversion performance are prohibited award inputs. The launch edition covers 28 researched profiles across 49 categories; the planned 100-provider report will not claim that scope until every additional record is sourced and reviewed.
How prices are handled
We distinguish introductory price, prepaid effective monthly price, normal renewal, program or membership fee, medication, labs, shipping, and dose-based changes. When we cannot confirm the full amount, the profile says so. We do not convert an “as low as” claim into an ordinary recurring price.
Source hierarchy
Provider and manufacturer pages, public program terms, FDA material, CMS material, state records, and pharmacy disclosures are preferred. Company scale and performance claims are attributed. Reviews can identify questions but do not establish a fact on their own.
Freshness and corrections
Each profile shows its most recent source-check date. A date is not a guarantee that the terms remain current. Readers and providers can send documented corrections to corrections@glp.directory. Material corrections receive an editor’s note.
Clinical boundary
GLP.directory is not a medical practice and does not diagnose, prescribe, dispense, or tell a reader to start, stop, switch, or change a dose. Those decisions require a licensed clinician with the reader’s history. Compounded products are not FDA approved.
